Abstract
Publikace je zaměřena na klíčové otázky rozvoje školy. Všímá si hlavních procesů (vedení, řízení, správy), upozorňuje na institucionální, organizační a pospolitý ráz školy, na řadu pořadavků vztahovaných na školy (práce s daty, práce s grantovými finančními zdroji, ukazuje na procesy organizačního učení i na specifika činnosti vedoucích pracovníků škol.
Abstract (in English)
The book deals with key issues of developing schools today. It focuses on main processes of school development (leadership, management, governance), institutional, organisational as well as community levels of the school, it points at a number of requirements related to school operation (working with the data, competing for extra resources, developing organisational learning processes. Also, it deals with specific of sachoo leaders work and with their training needs.
