Abstract
The requirements arising from the practice of a school psychologist together with the study of literature led to delimitation of the topic studied and to the definition of the research problem: to study school atmosphere from the point of view of teachers as sphere. The evolution was done in areas such as teachers help to pupils, orientation of pupils work, relationships among classmates, interest in the education, order in the class, and clarity of rules.
Abstract (in Czech)
Požadavky z praxe školního psychologa a studium literatury ohraničily zkoumanou problematiku a vedly k stanovení zakázky. Zkoumat školní klima z pohledu učitelů a žáků, pozorovat shodu či rozdíl ve vnímání klímatu třídy v položkách jako je učitelova pomoc žákům, orientace žáka na úkoly, vztahy mezi žáky ve třídě, zájem o průběh výuky, klid a pořádek ve třídě podle jasných pravidel.
