V originále
Two pollen stainability tests (Alexanders stain and acetocarmine) were used to detect differences in pollen viability of the sexual, apomictic and sterile plants of Hieracium subgen. Pilosella. In sexual taxa (Hieracium bauhini and H. densiflorum), the average stainability was from 93.7 to 98.4%. Similarly high stainability (from 92.2 to 97.2%) was found in the apomictic Hieracium pilosellinum and in the majority of the apomictic populations (or plants) of the pentaploid and hexaploid H. bauhini. In some apomictic plants of Hieracium bauhini the average pollen stainability was from 49.0 to 75.4%. The lowest pollen stainability was found in the sterile plants, i.e. the triploid H. pistoriense (33.6%) and the pentaploid H. brachiatum (29.6%).
In Czech
Pro detekci pylové viability jestřábníků byly použity dva testy barvení pylu, Alexanderovo barvení a acetokarmín. Průměrná barvitelnost pylu sexuálních druhů Hieracium bauhini a H. densiflorum se pohybovala od 93.7 do 98.4%. Podobně vysokou barvitelnost (od 92.2 do 97.2%) vykazovaly apomiktické rostliny Hieracium pilosellinum a většina apomiktických rostlin pentaploidního a hexaploidního H. bauhini. U některých apomiktických rostlin Hieracium bauhini kolísala barvitelnost pylu od 49.0 do 75.4%. Nejnižší barvitelnost pylu byla zjištěna u triploidního H. pistoriense (33.6%) a pentaplodního H. brachiatum (29.6%).
