Abstract

Od založení Neurochirurgické kliniky LF MU FN u sv. Anny r.2004 byla věnována mimořádná pozornost způsobu výuky. Ve spolupráci s vedením Lékařské fakulty MU, Fakutní nemocnice u sv.Anny ,Ústavem výpočetní techniky MU a Institutem biostatistiky a analýz byl vytvořen koncept telemedicínského pracoviště.Koncepce využívá moderní komunikační zařízení, umožňující přenos vizuálního i akustického signálu spolu s přenosem dat z neuronavigačního systému, operačního pole, operačního mikroskopu, neuroendoskopu a C ramene. Komentář vyučujícího asistenta s možností přímé komunikace s týmem na operačním sále znamenají maximální přínos pro studenty pre i postgraduálního studia u celého spektra prezentovaných neurochirurgických operací.

Abstract (in English)

Since the foundation of Neurosurgical Clinic MF MU, Faculty Hospital St. Anns, in 2004 particular attention has been paid to the process of teaching and education. The concept of telemedicine department was established in close cooperation with the management of Medical Faculty Masaryk Univerzity, Faculty Hospital St. Anns, Institute of Computer Technique Masaryk Univerzity and Institute of Biostatistics and Analysis. It uses modern communication system, making transmission of visual and acoustic signal possible together with transmission of data from navigation system, surgical field, surgical microscope, neuroendoscope and C arm. The comment of the teacher together with the posssibility of direct communication with the surgical team brings maximum didactic benefit during the wide spectrum of live surgeries directly presented to pregradual students and postgraduate trainees.
