Abstract

This prototype implements the idea of social networking in metric spaces. The metric social network is a peer-to-peer network in which users can share their data without the need to send them to a centralized node. Searching in this system is based on the notion of similarity which is modelled using metric spaces. The architecture of the metric social network is formally defined by using acquaintance and friendship relations. The implementation builds on top of the MESSIF framework library.

Tento prototyp představuje návrh metrické sociální sítě. Tato síť je peer-to-peer síť, která umožňuje uživatelům této sítě sdílet svá data, aniž by je museli odesílat a indexovat na nějakém centrálním uzlu. Vyhledávání v této síti je založeno na konceptu podobnosti, který je modelovaný pomocí metrických prostorů. Architektura systému spočívá ve vytváření a využívání vztahů mezi jednotlivými uzly sítě. Rozlišujeme dva druhy vztahů: známí a přátelé. Tato implementace používá implementační knihovnu MESSIF.
