Abstract
In the present study the Beja consonantism is explained in the comparative context of other Cushitic, especially East Cushitic, and sometimes of other Afroasiatic, languages.

V tomto příspěvku vysvětlujeme konsonantismus v jazyce bedža ve srovnání s jinými kušitskými jazyky, hlavně východokušitskými jazyky a příležitostně i jinými afroasijskými jazyky.
