Abstract
Conditions of a continuous flow extraction of aluminium acetylacetonate in acetylacetone and aluminium 8-hydroxyquinolinate into methylisobutylketone were studied. The analytical signal of the aluminium chelates present in the organic phase was measured at 309.3 nm using atomic absorption spectrometry with electrothermal atomization (ETAAS) at the flow rate ratio Faq/Forg = 3 for aqueous and organic phases. The acetylacetonate method was applied to the determination of aluminium in real dialysis concentrates.

Byly studovány podmínky kontinuální průtokové extrakce chelátů hliníku s acetylacetonem do acetylacetonu a s 8-hydroxychinolinem do methylisobutylketonu. Analytický signál chelátů hliníku v organické fázi byl měřen při 309,3 nm použitím atomové absorpční spektrometrie s elektrotermickou atomizací (ET-AAS) při poměru průtoků fází vodná/organická = 3. Metoda s acetylacetonem byla aplikována na stanovení hliníku v dialyzačních koncentrátech.
