Abstract
Endometriosis is frequent disorder that can result in infertility. New findings on the possible role of immune system have given insight into the pathogenesis of endometriosis-associated infertility. Exact classification is important for comparison of treatment results. Laparoscopy is golden standard for diagnosis. Assisted reproduction, medical and surgical treatment are used for effective treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility. Optimal treatment needs individual approach, experienced staff and properly equipped centre.
