Abstract

Publikace shrnuje základní požadavky na efektivní komunikaci v ošetřovatelské péči. Zaměřuje se na popis základních pojmů z oblasti komunikace a následně identifikuje specifické postupy a techniky využitelné v komunikaci s pacientem.Zvláštní zřetel je kladen na způsob komunikace se seniorskou populací.

Abstract (in English)

The publication sumarize basic requirements of the effective communication in nursing care. The chapters are focused on the description of the basic terms of the communication and consecutively identified specific method and techniques usable in communication with patients. The special attention is given to communication with elderly patients.
