Abstract

Interakce glutathionu s kademnatými ionty byla sledována pomocí diferenční pulsní voltametrie a HPLC s elektrochemickou detekcí. Na raných somatických embryích smrku byla sledována hladina glutathionu a fytochelatinu v čase.

Abstract (in English)

Interactions of glutathione with cadmium ions was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry and HPLC with electrochemical detection. In early somatic embryos of spruce, levels of glutathione and fytocheleatin were monitored.
