Abstract

Předkládaný příspěvek se zabývá infrastrukturou pro transfer inovací a to jednak zteoretického a jednak z praktického hlediska. První část textu se věnuje základnícharakteristice infrastruktury pro transfer inovací tj.vědecko-technologickým parků,podnikatelským inkubátorům a centrům pro transfer technologií. Druhá část textu rámcově analyzuje strukturu procesu vzniku IT-Park Saarland od jeho vzniku až po současnost, kdy akcentuje výše uvedenou infrastrukturu s přihlédnutím k specifickým regionálním podmínkám.

Předkládaný příspěvek se zabývá infrastrukturou pro transfer inovací a to jednak zteoretického a jednak z praktického hlediska. První část textu se věnuje základnícharakteristice infrastruktury pro transfer inovací tj.vědecko-technologickým parků,podnikatelským inkubátorům a centrům pro transfer technologií. Druhá část textu rámcově analyzuje strukturu procesu vzniku IT-Park Saarland od jeho vzniku až po současnost, kdy akcentuje výše uvedenou infrastrukturu s přihlédnutím k specifickým regionálním podmínkám.

Abstract (in English)

The presented paper deals with the infrastructure for innovations transfer bothfrom a theoretical and a practical view. The first part of the text focuses on the basiccharacteristics of infrastructure for innovations transfer (such as science parks, businessincubators and technology transfer centres). The second part of the text analyses the structure of the establishment process of IT-Park Saarland from its beginning to the present day placing an emphasis on the infrastructure as mentioned above (and taking into consideration the specific regional condition.).
