Abstract
Patients with bipolar disorder were more frequently hospitalized for depression. Nearly one fifth of the patients were hospitalized more than once. A high occurrence of polypharmacy and high usage of atypical antipsychotics were found.

Pacienti s bipolární poruchou byli velmi často hospitalizováni pro deprese. Každý pátý pacient byl hospitalizován vícekrát. Byl zjištěn výskyt nadměrného užívání léků a atypických antipsychotik.
