Abstract
Příspevek pojednává o problematice resistence učitelů k profesionálnímu rozvoji. O projevech resistence, možných příčinách a způsobech zvládání.
Abstract (in English)
The resistance is understand as a teachers resistivity to the changes and professional development, in the article. It is not perceived as a negative phenomenon, but as a source of a new recognition. The author pays attention to the resistance manifestations, its grounds an some coping possibilities.
