In the school environment at Elementary School there is relatively small space for these activities. General impulse may be used within interdisciplinary teaching of various educational areas by help of the integrated topic learning. This tendency is recommended by the new Framework educational program for the Elementary School, where two curricula - subject and integrated are recommended. The basic problem for using the Integrated curriculum at the Elementary School is readiness of the teachers for this kind of teaching. The most suitable way how to expand the Integrated topic learning into School education plan is its inclusion into the education in subject didactics at respective Faculties. In the common educational programme of the Department of Geography (PdF) and The Department of Sport activities (FSpS) we provide students with knowledge and experience within this area of instruction. Educational process starts with basic course at the basic field practice in the Outdoor faculty institution and continues thorough didactic lesson and it is finished with optional geographical field practice (domestic, foreign) with the inclusion of the Integrated topic instruction. During this field practice we realized the geography instruction by help of sport activities such as walking, hiking, cycling or water tourism. The aim of this paper is to explain and describe the programme of domestic geography field practice which is realized with active movement (cycling). The main aim of the programme of this field work is visiting basic geographical reality. The active movement (riding a bike) among planned localities is fulfilled with practice and improvement of orienteering abilities, gaining new experience of group leadership, consolidation fundamental knowledge about traffic education. Complementarily we incorporate informative lessons on the elementary level about special components of cycling. From the area of cycling it is about understanding of the whole width of technical problems, arrangements of the whole needs for good realization of the school outdoor event and to obtain fundamental manual skills of the bike repair. From area of general skills for tourism we practise the putting up tents and we provide some information about connected experience and skills. ER -
