Abstract
Insight may be state dependent especially in patients with a good outcome. Attitudes towards tereatment and insight into the illness may vary during the course of the illness. However, more longitudinal prospective studies are needed to verify such state-related change, and the factors that may underlie the acquisition of insight.

Hodnotíme-li stav pacienta nestranným pohledem, můžeme vidět dobré výsledky. Postoj k léčbě a pohled na nemoc se může postupem doby měnit podle vývoje nemoci. Nicméně touto longitunální prospektivní studií jsme potřebovali ověřit probíhající změny a faktory, které mohou být základem k získávání zkušeností.
