The paper deals with the sources and rules of commercial law. Then it deals with creation, concepts and definition of trade usage, commercial terms and conditions and rules of interpretation. It describes their mutual relation, their relation to the Commercial Code and to the contract. Then the paper deals also with an issue of commercial terms, concepts of law and the mutual relation between the usage of trade and the rules of interpretation.
