Abstract
Solid state NMR spectroscopy was utilized to study three regioisomers of N-benzylated adenine. Slow-spinning CP/MAS experiment was performed and chemical shift tensor principal values for nucleobase carbons were extracted. Orientations of the principal components in the molecular frame were determined with the use of DFT calculations. Results for the three regioisomers were compared and the differences described.

Metodami NMR spektroskopie v pevné fázi byly studovány tři regioizomery N-benzylovaného adeninu. Z CP/MAS experimentu s pomalou rotací vzorku byly extrahovány hlavní složky tenzoru chemického posunu pro atomy uhlíku purinového skeletu. Orientace těchto složek v rámci molekuly byly vypočteny s využitím DFT metod. Výsledky pro jednotlivé izomery byly srovnány a rozdíly popsány.
