Abstract

Klíčovou podmínkou úspěšného zavádění kurikulární reformy je vytvoření takových podmínek, které posilují profesní autonomii učitele a podporují jeho přijetí změn a ochotu je realizovat. Jedním z významných faktorů tohoto procesu je oblast dalšího vzdělávání učitelů. Studie přináší výsledky šetření provedeného na podzim 2006 v jihomoravském regionu mezi učiteli základních škol. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit, které prvky učitelé při tvorbě školního vzdělávacího programu považují za problematické a jakou formu dalšího vzdělávání by v těchto problematických oblastech preferovali.

Abstract (in English)

The key requirement of a successful implementation of curricular reform is the creation of such conditions that strengthen the teacher's autonomy and support his/her acceptance of the changes and his/her willingness to implement them. One of the important factors of this process is the area of teachers' further education. The study brings the results of a survey among the primary school teachers administered in autumn 2006 in the South Moravian region of Czech Republic. The aim of the survey was to find out what areas of the creation of the school curriculum are considered problematic and what form of further education in these areas would be preferred.
