Abstract
In this work a systematic study is presented of three detection modes, photometry, fluorescence and contactless conductivity, and the options for 1PD combinations. As most custom built cells would not fit into commercial CE instruments, a custom-built portable CE instrument allowing easy fitting of different custom built detection cells was used. Light emitting diodes (LED) were used as light sources for the fluorimetric and photometric detection.
