Der Artikel befasst sich mit den einzelnen Subkategorien des expletiven es im Deutschen, beschreibt ihre Funktionen und sucht nach entsprechenden Elementen im Tschechischen. Die Marialquelle bildet das elektronische tschechisch-deutsche Parallelkorpus.
