Cílem této studie bylo ověřit faktorovou strukturu, vnitřní konzistenci a test-retestovou reliabilitu Pražského dotazníku spirituality (PSQ 30). Dotazník jsme administrovali 183 ženám ve věku 50-75 let a týmž ženám o dva roky později. Celkem jsme získali kompletní údaje z obou měření od 80 žen. Faktorová struktura se zcela lišila od údajů, které uvádějí autoři (Říčan, Janošová, 2005). Vnitřní konzistence škál byla nízká. Test-retestová reliabilita se blížila nule. Výsledky naznačují, že dotazník může být pro starší ženy obtížně srozumitelný a vyžadoval by zásadnější úpravy s ohledem na osobní zkušenost zkoumaného souboru. Pražský dotazník spirituality není ve zkoumané věkové skupině reliabilním nástrojem pro měření spirituality.

The aim of this study was to assess the factorial structure, internal consistency and test-retest reliability of the Prague Spirituality questionnaire. The Questionnaire was administered to 183 women aged 50-75 and to the same women two years later. from both measurements, we gained the complete data from 80 women. The factorial structure was completely different from dta showed by authors (Říčan & Janošová, 2005). The internal consistency of scales was low. The test-retest reliability was nearly zero. The results indicate the the questionnaire can be difficul to be understood by older women and considering the personal experience of the tested sample, the questionnaire would require essential modifications. In the age group tested, the Prague Spirituality Questionnaire is not a reliable tool for measurement of the spirituality.
