Společnost stále více a více věnuje prostor problematice seniorů a klesá podíl zkoumání života dětí. Tato práce se pokouší přinést informace z výzkumů, které se věnují dětskému období. Autor se zamýšlí nad dlouhodobým vývojem výzkumů o dětech a upozorňuje na význam komplexního řešení této problematiky ve prospěch společnosti.

The society puts more and more effort into the topics of the care for seniors and the amount of effort spent on researching the life of children is diminishing. This paper attempts to bring information from the investigations of child-age period. The author offers insighr on the long-term development of research of children and brings attention to the importance of complex solution of this topic in the society's benefit.
