Abstract

Cílem této práci bylo stanovení psychopatologie před a po akutní antipsychotické léčbě u nemocných s 1. epizodou schizofrenie, u kterých byla měřena hladina testosteronu a stanovení vztahu mezi hladinami testosteronu a příznaky, které s testosteronem mohou souviset (negativní příznaky a příznaky spojené s agresivitou) a odpovědi na léčbu.

Abstract (in English)

First - episode schizophrenia is characterized by pronounced acute treatment response and normal mean values of testosterone. This may be changed with the onset of chronic illness. Available data stress the importance of the critical period after the first psychotic episode.
