Abstract
Our data may explain ST-segment elevation on the basis of massive transmural voltage gradients during early repolarization. Reentry-based tachycardia could be evoked during conditions that further exaggerate conduction block in this Brugada phenotype.

Naše data mohou ST elevaci vysvětlit na podkladě masivního transmurálního napěťového gradientu během časné repolarizace. Tachykardie založená na mechanismu reentry může být vyvolána za podmínek, které dále zhoršují blokádu vedení u tohoto fenotypu.
