Abstract

Konference se snažila postihnout změny, ke kterým došlo na trhu práce v posledních letech. Ukázala, že problém nezaměstnanosti vstoupil do další fáze, ve které již není problémem procento nezaměstnaných, ale rostoucí podíl dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných s nízkým vzděláním, zaměstnávání cizinců a hledání nových příležitostí pro zaměstnanost.

Abstract (in English)

The conference focused on changes in the labour market in the past years. It pointed out that the problem of unemploymnet entered the next phase when it is not a problem of a percentage of people without work but a problem of low education, involvement of foreign workers and looking for a new working opportunities.
