Abstract
Pro izolaci methylrtuti ze vzorku bylo použito ultrazvukové a mikrovlnné extrakce s extrakčními činidly: 6 M HCl v 0,1 M NaCl, KOH v methanolu a tetramethylamonium hydroxid. Účinnost extrakce celkového obsahu rtuti byla určena pomocí analyzátoru rtuti AMA 254 a extrakční výtěžky methylrtuti pomocí GC-AFS.
Abstract (in English)
For the isolation of methylmercury ultrasonication and microwave-assisted extractions in the presence of extraction agents, such as mixture HCl and NaCl, KOH in methanol and tetramethylammonium hydroxide were tested. Extraction efficiency of the total mercury was determined using the AMA 254 mercury analyzer, extraction yields of methylmercury by GC-AFS.
