Abstract
The techniques of headspace solid phase microextraction (SPME) and liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) for preconcentration and sampling of methylmercury in the injection port of gas chromatograph were compared. Aqueous derivatization with sodium teprapropylborate was performed. Propylated analytes were by SPME headspace sampled with a polydimethylsiloxane-coated fused-silica fiber, by LLE extracted into isooctane phase. To detection AFS with pyrolysis of mercury species was used.

Byla porovnávána technika mikroextrakce tuhou fází (SPME) a extrakce kapalina-kapalina (l-l). Derivatizace byla prováděna pomocí tetrapropylboritanu sodného. Propylovaný analyt byl zachycen v headspace na SPME vlákno pokryté polydimethylsiloxanem nebo extrahován do isooktanu. Následně byla provedena termická desorpce vlákna resp. nástřik isooktanu do GC injektoru. K detekci byla využita AFS s předcházející pyrolýzou specií rtuti.
