V originále
The behavioural part of experiment showed stimulatory influence of methamphetamine (Met) after the acute administration and development of sensitization to Met after repeated treatment. Real-time PCR results showed increased D1 mRNA expression after Met first dose followed by further increase after the last dose of repeated treatment.
In Czech
Behaviorální část experimentu ukázala stimulující vliv metamfetaminu (Met) po akutní aplikaci a rozvoj senzitizace k Met po aplikaci opakované. Výsledky real-time PCR ukázaly zvýšenou expresi D1 mRNA po první dávce Met, následovanou dalším zvýšením po poslední dávce opakovaných aplikací.
