International conference with participants from the Czech Republic, Belarus, Italy,Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine, USA and Yugoslavia. Proceedings were divided into eight sections - Private International Law, European Law, Financial Law, Administrative Law, Labour Law, Economic Sector within European Integration, Legal history section and Civil Law. The main topic was the Lisbon Treaty, in particular the supremacy of the Community law, the institutional reform and distribution of competences in the Lisbon Treaty and the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
