Abstract

Článek pojednává o politice národních šampionů jakožto politice diskriminující a narušující svobodu usazování a volného pohybu služeb a kapitálu (hledisko hospodářské soutěže).

Abstract (in English)

This contribution deals with National Champions (simply to say strong markets subjects supporting by goverments) as the policy of discrimination and the policy disrupting the freedom of establishment and free movement of services and capital. This contribution brings the end of serial of National Champions and economic competition protection with the main conclusions.
