Abstract
Chronobiologic analyses are implemented at several sites, documenting that CHAT,like MH, is found in all 5 continents. In a population sample (N=1171)based on a 24-hour profile, the % of normotensives was 58.1,the % with 1 VVD was 28.4, and with a VVS was 13.5%. In a clinic population providing a 48-hour profile (N=297),VVDs accounted for 38.7% and VVSs for a total of 63.3% abnormality. These percentages include MH and will change in 7-day records with greatly reduced false positive and false negative diagnoses.
