Abstract

The text deals with the problems of the local party systems typologization in the Czech Republic. In the Introduction, the number of local policies in the Czech Republic and other European countries is compared and the author highlights the complexity of the local Czech political scene. The text further proceeds to the problems of the number of political subjects in the party system. The next part pursues the problems with borrowing current typologies as well as with the constructions of new typologies. The following part continues with the multilevelity of the local party systems and the creation of a new scheme of possible alternatives of putting local party systems in the Czech Republic into operation as tools for future research. Reflections on the possible usage of the typology can be found in the Conclusion.

Článek se zabývá problémy v typologizaci místních stranických systémů v České republice. V Úvodu autor porovnává počet místních politik v České republice a jiných evropských zemí a poukazuje na složitou situaci na české místní politické scéně. Dále pokračuje problematikou počtu politikých subjektů ve stranickém systému. V následující části se věnuje problémům jak při přejímání stávajících typologií, tak i při konstrukci typologie nové. Další část práce je věnována víceúrovňovosti místních stranických systémů a vytvoření nového schématu možných variant fungování lokálních stranických systémů v České republice, jako nástroje pro další výzkum. V závěru nalezneme zamyšlení nad možností uplatnění zmíněné typologie.
