The article classifies forms of non-profit subjects in the Czech Republic on specific legal-theoretical base and deals with basic property law characteristics of these subjects. The property law base of the non-profit subjects is considered to be decisive for their real functioning, managing and controlling. The article describes and critically observes the current development of the legal regulation in given area.

Příspěvek třídí formy neziskových subjektů v České republice na určité právně teoretické bázi a provádí jejich základní majetkoprávní charakteristiku. Právě majetkoprávní základ neziskových subjektů je v příspěvku prezentován jako rozhodující pro jejich reálné fungování, řízení a kontrolu. Příspěvek přibližuje a kriticky hodnotí také aktuální vývoj právní úpravy v dané oblasti.
