Abstract

Este artículo se centra en el problema de la existencia de los interfijos en espańol. La controversia sobre el reconocimiento de la interfijación en cuanto procedimiento de formación de palabras se debe tanto al discutible carácter morfémico de estos segmentos, como a la obvia heterogeneidad del inventario de los presuntos interfijos. En el artículo se exponen primero los puntos polémicos de la problemática, para dirigir después la atención al tratamiento que se da a los interfijos en los distintos estudios sobre la formación de palabras en espańol.

Abstract (in Czech)

Tento článek se zaměřuje na problém existence interfixů ve španělském jazyce. Kontroverze týkající se uznání interfixace jakožto slovotvorného prostředku je způsobena jednak diskutabilním morfematickým charakterem těchto segmentů, jednak zjevnou heterogeneitou inventáře údajných interfixů. V článku jsou nejprve vyloženy základní sporné body, poté je pozornost věnována způsobu, jakým je o interfixech pojednáváno v různých studiích o španělské slovotvorbě.

Abstract (in English)

This paper focuses on the problem of existence of interfixes in Spanish language. The controversy regarding the recognition of interfixation as a word formation process is due to the disputable morphemic character of these segments and the obvious heterogeneity of inventory of the hypothetical interfixes. After explaining the basic points of the polemic, the article examines how the interfixes are treated in different monographs on Spanish word formation.
