Tento příspěvek se zabývá problematikou řízení ve věcech mezinárodní ochrany a soudního přezkumu rozhodnutí ve věcech mezinárodní ochrany, zejména z pohledu judikatury Nejvyššího správního soudu. Příspěvek je zaměřen nejenom na současnou úpravu soudního přezkumu rozhodnutí ve věcech mezinárodní ochrany, ale také na zásadní vývojové změny, ke kterým v této oblasti došlo.

The theme of this article is International Protection and Judicial Review of Administrative Decisions in the Matters of International Protection. It aspires to determine the notion of "administrative decision in the matters of international protection", to give an account of legal regulation of its judicial review and to outline some of the current questionable issues from the judicial point of view. The emphasis is imposed on the recent legal regulation and judicial decisions of the Supreme Administrative Court.
