laser ablation has the key role in analysis of metalloproteins by means of GLIM. several parameters were optimised: gel form (drier dried, cellophane coating, frozen gel), laser power density and their dependence to particle number and size, and signal intensity. best parameters were found for gels frozen at -80 deg for 25 min. |

laserová ablace má největší dopad na analýzu metaloproteinů pomocí GLIM. bylo optimalizováno několik parametrů: gelová forma (sušený v sušicce, mezi celofánovými fóliemi a zamražený), hustota zářivého výkonu laseru a jejich vliv na distribuci a velikost částic spolu s intenzitou signálu. nejlepší nalezené parametry jsou pro gel zamražený po 25 min při -80 stupních celsia. |
