Cilem textu je klasifikace vlád v České republice a analýza působení volebního a stranického systému na podobu vlád v České republice. Jedným z možných řešení nestability vlád v České republice je podle autorů změna volebního systému.

This article focuses on the classification of the cabinets in the Czech Republic. Another aim of the text si to analyse the influence of party and electoral systems on governance. A reform that would introduce the mandate premium awarded to the winning party would strenghten the position of cabinets.
