Abstract |
---|
In this contribution we analyzed linear sweep and elimination voltammetric (EVLS) signals of some aminopurines (adenine, 2-aminopurine, 2,6-diaminopurine) in the presence of Cu(II) with the aim to investigate character of complex electrode processes. Voltammetric signals are influenced by aminopurine derivatives and Cu(II) concentrations, scan rate, and accumulation time of the Cu-aminopurine complex. EVLS in connection with the stripping procedure is not only a useful tool for both qualitative and quantitative microanalysis of purine derivatives, but that it can reveal certain details in the electrode processes. |

V této práci jsme analyzovali LSV a EVLS signály některých aminoderivátů purinu (adenin, 2-aminopurin, 2,6-diaminopurin) v přítomnosti Cu(II) s cílem studovat charakter komplexních elektrodových procesů. |
