Abstract
First episode schizophrenia is characterised by pronounced acute treatment response. Aggression is rather low. The unfavourable course of the disease after the first psychotic episode may be an important contributing factor for a high rate of aggression in persons suffering with psychosis.

První epizoda schizofrenie je charakterizována výraznými reakcemi na akutní ošetření. Agresivita je poměrně vzácnou reakcí. Nepříznivý průběh onemocnění po první psychotické epizodě však může být nepříznivým faktorem, který zvyšuje míru agrese u osob, trpících touto psychózou.
