V příspěvku představujeme výsledky výzkumu čtenářkých strategií studentů Pedagogických fakult. Průzkum byl proveden na Pedagogických fakultách v Brně a Hradci Králové. Studentům prvního ročníku byl distribuován dotazník, se studenti vyjadřovali ke čtenářským strategiím, které používají během učení z textu. Současně byli dotazování do zkušenost se čtenářskými strategiemi z dřívějších vzdělávacích stupňů. V našem výzkumu vycházíme z předpokladu, že pokud má učitel předávat svým žákům způsoby (strategie), jak efektivně pracovat s textem, pak tyto způsoby (strategie) musí sám dobře ovládat. Čeští žáci dosahovali ve výzkumech PISA a PIRLS výsledků průměrných výsledků. Přepokládáme proto, že práce s textovými materiály vykazuje v českých školách rezervy. Aby se podařilo v budoucnu tento trend zvrátit, pak je nutné, aby se studenti učitelství setkávali s novými přístupy ke čtení a čtenářské gramotnosti již během studií na Pedagogických fakultách.

This paper discusses the results of a survey that examined the reading skills of faculties of Education's students. The survey was carried out at faculties of Education in Brno and Hradec Králové. First year students were asked (in a questionnaire) what reading strategies they use in their studying, how they learn from written texts and what reading and learning strategies were encouraged in their previous school years. We assume that a teacher is only able to transfer those skills that he/she knows him/herself. Czech pupils achieved average scores in these areas in the PISA and PIRLS projects. We therefore assume that working with texts is far from ideal in Czech schools. Future teachers can change this provided that they have met with new approaches to reading and reading literacy in the course of their university studies.
