Abstract
In summary, gender and behavioural sensitization notably affects the development of addiction in animal models and there is an undeniable necessity to further animal and clinical studies in the field.
Abstract (in Czech)
Pohlaví a behaviorální sensizitaze významně ovlivňují rozvoj závislosti ve zvířecích modelech, což bude vyžadovat další výzkum v animálních modelech i klinických studiích, za účelem vývoje nových individuálnějších terapeutických přístupů v léčbě drogové závislosti.
