Abstract

V posledních letech došlo k poklesu počtu členů Vysokoškolského sportovního klubu MZLU v Brně. Článek si klade za cíl seznámit s provedeným sociologickým výzkumem zaměřeným na nalezení příčiny poklesu počtu členů. Výzkum byl proveden dotazníkovou metodou. Byla určena základní hypotéza, a to že existuje nespokojenost s určitou činností resp. nečinností oddílů VSK MZLU v Brně u jejich současných členů a ta způsobuje pokles počtu členů. Tato základní hypotéza sestávala ze čtyř dílčích hypotéz, z nichž pouze u jedné hypotézy se potvrdila určitá nespokojenost s počtem oddílových akcí (60 % respondentů spokojeno, 40 % nespokojeno). Lze konstatovat podle výsledků výzkumu, že pokles počtu členů není způsoben nespokojeností s určitou činností oddílů VSK MZLU v Brně, ale zřejmě zaměřením univerzity a je spojen s odchodem absolventů do zemědělské praxe.

Abstract (in English)

There is a members decline of University sports club at Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno. The article aims to introduce sociological research, that wants to find causes of members decline. Research was realized according to questionnaires. It was fixed hypothesis: Members decline is caused by dissatisfaction of club activities. This fundamental hypothesis was divided into four partial hypothesis. Only one partial hypothesis validated some displeasures with club actions (60% respondents were satisfied, 40% respondents were dissatisfied). It is possible to submit according to results of research, that members decline is nit caused by dissatisfaction of club activities. Cause of decline is probably direction of university and it is linked with departure of graduates to agriculture practice.
