Abstract

V příspěvku je zhodnoceno současné využívání standardů v oblasti informačních služeb a jejich reálná implementaci a to zejména s ohledem na mezinárodní standardizaci procesu poskytování informačních služeb. Obsahem tohoto příspěvku je podrobná analýza normy ISO 20000, která se v současnosti začíná uplatňovat. Uvedena je zde její struktura a jednotlivé fáze implementace.

Abstract (in English)

There is assessed current usage of standards in the field of information services and their real implementation with regard to international standardization of information service delivery process. The content of this paper describes detail analysis of ISO 20000 standard which is currently increasingly used. Its structure and phases are further described.
