Abstract
Trénink flexibility představuje nedílnou součást tréninku atletů. Autoři v článku poukazují na pozitivní i negativní vliv tréninku této schopnosti ve vztahu k silovým, rychlostním a vytrvalostním výkonům.
Abstract (in English)
Flexibility training is an integral part of training athletes. The authors of the article point to the positive and negative impact of training this movemaet ability with respect to power, speed and endurance performance.
