Abstract
Studie ukazuje na význam citlivosti baroreflexu pro vývoj primární hypertenze v dětském věku. Nízká baroreflexní sensitivita je nezávislý rizikový faktor pro vznik primární hypertenze.
Abstract (in English)
This study demonstrates the importance of baroreflex sensitivity for development of primary hypertension in children and adolescents. Our results show, that low baroreflex sensitivity is an independent risk factor for the development of primary hypertension.
