Abstract
The work deals with the key amino acids determining substrate specificity in b-glucosidase Zm-p60.1. New informations about determination of substrate specificity and effect of key amino acid on function and structure have been obtained on the basis of bioinformational, structural and kinetic analysis and molecular docking data.

Práce se zabývá klíčovými aminokyselinami determinujícími vstup do aktivního centra kukuřičné b-glukosidasy Zm-p60.1. Na základě bioinformatické analýzy, strukturních a kinetických dat a údajů molekulárního dokingu byly získány nové poznatky o determinaci substrátové specifity a vlivu klíčových aminokyselin na funkci a strukturu enzymu.
