Abstract
This article focuses on new learning opportunities, which the principles of e-Learning 2.0 bring. In conjunction with the Business Process Management there is an opportunity of creating an active platform, where you can implement advanced adaptive training techniques. Oriented platform in this way takes student to the center of attention, unlike the classical concept, which mainly count with educational materials.

Tento článek se zaměřuje na nové možnosti ve vzdělávání, které s sebou přináší e-Learning 2.0. Ve spojení s Business Process Managementem je možné vytvoření aktivní platformy, kde můžete realizovat pokročilé adaptivní techniky výuky. Tímto způsobem orientované platformy staví studenta do centra pozornosti, na rozdíl od klasického pojetí, které zejména počítá se vzdělávacími materiály.
