Abstract
Repeated administration of ecstasy is known to provoke behavioural sensitization to its effects. This experriment was designed to examine possible gender differences in MDMA-induced behavioral sensitization.

Opakované podání extáze vyvolává behaviorální sensitizaci. Tento fenomén se projevuje u samců odlišně než u samic (Izthak, 2004). Proto byl experiment zaměřen na detekci mezipohlavních rozdílů u myší. Byly testovány tři skupiny: samci a ovariektomované samice s a bez substituce přirozeného estrogenu. Hodnocena byla lokomotorická aktivita testem otevřeného pole.
