Komplexní zpracování problematiky veřejného vlastnictví v širokém smyslu. Kniha věnuje pozornost pojmu vlastnictví, veřejným subjektům jako subjektům vlastnického práva a vymezení pojmu veřejné vlastnictví. Přibližuje vývoj právní úpravy veřejného vlastnictví a kriticky analyzuje její současný stav. Přichází s koncepty řešení zásadních otázek veřejného vlastnictví a zdůrazňuje význam tohoto vlastnictví pro společnost 21. století. Přitom usiluje o funkční syntézu teoretických a praktických poznatků z dané oblasti a v řadě souvislostí překračuje rámec práva a hledá východiska také ve sféře ekonomických věd, filozofie, sociologie aj.

Complex exposition on the problematic of public ownership in the broad sense. The book pays attention to the concept of ownership, the public subjects as the subjects of ownership right and the definition of the concept of public ownership . It is approaching the development of the legal regulation of public ownership and critically analyses its actual state. It brings concepts of solutions of crucial questions of public ownership and points out the importance of the ownership for the society of the 21st century. At the same time it pursues a functional synthesis of theoretical and practical pieces of knowledge of the matter and in many connections it exceeds the framework of law and searches for solutions also in the sphere of economic science, philosophy, sociology etc.
