Anotace

Der Beitrag zeigt auf, dass das relativ junge wissenschaftliche Fach Deutschen als Fremdsprache immer auch von politischen und kulturpolitischen Interessen geprägt und geleitet wurde, weshalb die Fachgeschichte auch ein integraler Bestandteil der Disziplin zu sein hat. In diesem Sinne betrachtet der Artikel die Geschichte des Internationalen Deutschlehrerverbandes (IDV), der wesentlich zur weltweiten Verbreitung und Vernetzung von Deutsch als Fremdsprache beigetragen hat.

Anotace česky

Příspěvek ukazuje, že relativně mladé vědecké disciplína němčiny jako cizího jazyka je také politické a kulturní zájmy a byl spuštěn, takže historie i nedílnou součástí této disciplíně má být. V tomto smyslu dějin stanovách Mezinárodní asociace učitelů němčiny (IDV), které významně přispívají k celosvětovému rozšíření a propojení němčiny jako cizího jazyka přispěla.

The article shows that the relatively young scientific disciplin "German as a foreign language" is also of political and cultural interests influenced, so that the History also has to be an integral part of the discipline. In this sense this article tells about the history of the the International Association of Teachers of German (IDV), which contributed the global dissemination and networking of German as a foreign language.
